We are deeply saddened to announce that Mrs Joyce Ellis sadly passed away on Wednesday 10th March 2021.
Joyce was one of the founder members of Southern Shih Tzu Rescue and dedicated her life to the dogs. She served on the committee in various roles but mainly as Chairperson for over 30 years, until she retired in 2018. She was the driving force behind the rescues restructure in 2017. Joyce was a very kind and caring lady who would do anything for the dogs. We will miss her dearly..
